Prenatal Support

I offer prenatal support that includes assistance in creating a birth plan and preparing both mentally and emotionally for your postpartum period. During our sessions, we will address any concerns or questions you may have regarding birth, labor, and postpartum. I provide you with evidence-based information throughout this journey.

Labor Support

I am here to provide support during your labor, whether it's a home birth, birth center, or hospital delivery. I’m available to assist you through this incredible journey, whether you're giving birth vaginally, naturally, with medication, or via cesarean section. My role is to offer physical, emotional, and educational support to you and your family. I’ll ensure your needs are met while providing suggestions for positioning, pain relief, and coping strategies, empowering you to have the best experience possible, as you welcome your child into world.

Postpartum Care

During your postpartum period, I'm here to help make this a truly special time as you bond with your baby. I offer education, lactation support, infant care, and health and wellness information to assist you during this cherished phase. My services include home visits, where I can provide nutritional meals, support around the house, and connect you with local resources.

Birth & Baby Celebrations/Ceremonies

I'm here to assist you in creating your special day. Whether you need support with your baby shower, blessing way, or baby blessing, I'm dedicated to making this magical occasion a memory for years to come.

Closing of the Bones

The of Closing the Bones ceremony is a meaningful ritual for mothers, practiced globally with roots South America. During this ceremony, mothers share their birth stories, and I am there to listen and assist in processing anything unresolved and unpacking what, how and why birth unfolded as it did. After reflecting on the impactful experience of their birth story, I provide a postpartum massage to nourish and honor the mother's body after the incredible journey of pregnancy and birth. Once the mother is fully relaxed, I wrap her in fabrics, closing the seven "gates" to honor the birth portal and transition into motherhood. This ceremony is a heartfelt tribute to the journey of motherhood, whether you just had your first child, or you have had many. It's also a powerful opportunity for those who gave birth years ago to acknowledge and honor their own experiences in bringing their children into the world.

Placenta Encapsulation

I offer the service of placenta encapsulation using the TCM method. You will receive a jar of your encapsulated pills along with instructions. I also provide placenta prints. The cost of this service is $295.
